Terms of Use
Last updated July 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of AfterComp (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What AfterComp is
AfterComp is a free, informational analytics site that aggregates and visualizes publicly posted equestrian vaulting competition results. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by Equestrian Vaulting USA (EVUSA), USEF, the American Vaulting Association, or Wisebox Solutions.
2. No warranty on accuracy
Scores and results are derived from third-party public postings on horsesport.pro and are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Results may be incomplete, delayed, preliminary, or contain errors present in the source data or introduced in processing. Analytics such as percentiles, field comparisons, and “vs field” figures are computed estimates for informational interest, not official standings. The official record is always the one published on horsesport.pro and by EVUSA. Do not rely on AfterComp for eligibility, ranking, awards, or any official purpose.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site to harass, defame, or target any vaulter, family, coach, club, or official;
- scrape, resell, or systematically harvest the Site's data for a competing commercial database, or in a way that burdens our infrastructure;
- misrepresent AfterComp data as official results or as endorsed by EVUSA; or
- attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
4. Intellectual property
Competition facts and scores are not owned by AfterComp. The AfterComp name, design, written content, and the specific analytics, aggregations, and presentations we create are ours and are protected by law. You may link to AfterComp pages freely and share screenshots for personal, non-commercial community use.
5. Corrections & removals
Vaulters and their parents or guardians may request correction or removal of a profile by emailing hello@aftercomp.com with the badge number. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfterComp and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on information from the Site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
8. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions? Email hello@aftercomp.com.
