AFTERCOMP.

Privacy Policy

Last updated July 4, 2026

This policy explains what information AfterComp (“AfterComp,” “we,” “us”) displays and collects, and the choices you have. AfterComp is operated from the United States and is intended for a US audience.

1. Competition results we display

AfterComp aggregates and re-presents equestrian vaulting competition results that are already published to the public on horsesport.pro (Wisebox Solutions), the results platform used by Equestrian Vaulting USA. This includes information such as vaulter name, EVUSA badge/exhibitor number, club, horse and lunger names, class and test, scores, and placings. AfterComp does not create this data and does not receive any private or internal scoring data. We do not publish home addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, birthdates, or any contact information for vaulters.

Some vaulters are minors. Because this information is already publicly posted as official competition results, AfterComp treats it as public record. We nonetheless take removal and correction requests from vaulters and their parents or guardians seriously — see Section 5.

2. Information we collect from visitors

AfterComp does not require an account and does not ask visitors for personal information. We do not sell any data. We collect only what is needed to run and improve the site:

  • Basic server logs — standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) kept transiently by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and reliability.
  • Privacy-respecting analytics— aggregate usage statistics (page views, approximate region, device type) used to understand what's useful. We do not build advertising profiles.

3. Cookies

AfterComp does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies or local storage are limited to essential functionality and anonymous analytics. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the results.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to operate the site, including Vercel (hosting) and Cloudflare (domain and network). They process technical request data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not share visitor data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Your choices: corrections & removal

If you are a vaulter, or the parent or guardian of one, you may request that a profile be corrected or removed from AfterComp. Email hello@aftercomp.com with the vaulter's badge number and we will act promptly, typically within a few days. Note that removing a profile from AfterComp does not remove the underlying official results from horsesport.pro; those requests must go to that platform or to Equestrian Vaulting USA.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information about you (for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act). To exercise any such right, contact us at the email above.

6. Children's privacy

AfterComp is a general-audience information site and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It does not offer accounts, messaging, uploads, or any way for a child to submit information. The only youth-related information shown is the public competition record described in Section 1, which we will remove on request from a parent or guardian.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
